Medical Help Scarce in Haiti

Many of the injured in Port-au-Prince, Haiti are trapped in devastated neighborhoods without adequate access to healthcare. Byron Pitts reports city's largest hospital has become a makeshift morgue.

Millions upon millions upon millions of dollars are being donated and still no high-tech make-shift hospitals? Did you know that Isreal set up a high-tech tent yesterday and USA had none? WHERE IS ALL THE FUCKING MONEY GOING??

100% of the money donated goes directly to Doctors Without Borders. The organization has a great track record in situations like these, and they already have the largest working emergency clinic in Port au Prince.

so lemme get this straight.... 300 million dollars (I think thats the number) isn't enough for people who worked for maybe 4 cents like a week?

Also, can we get some help back in the states, instead of worrying about a third world country. Let's worry about ourselves before going and donating 300 (fucking) million dollars to Haiti. Some of the States are flat broke mr president!!! I think 300 million will make a small dent in that trillion dollar recession we're in...

I was saving my Christmas money to buy a new camera lens, but after watching some of these videos I've decided to instead donate to Doctors Without Borders. I would feel horrible if I didn't.

True, but "In the long run", that could take decades.

In the long run, Haiti is better off losing some of its population, less people will mean more abundance in food and jobs , and a better standard of living for the remaining population, as it was overpopulated and the people lived in brutal poverty even before the quake.
