Nobody seems to remember Art Porter. He was a great jazz musician. I love his work. He died an untimely death, and now seems forgotten. i want people to remember him. He was a very good saxophonist. Keep Art's contribution alive.

thanks geepereet for uploading ,,i remember Art wrote this piece in the netherlands in his hotelroom so he could express and share how he was feeling here in europe by playing this song
i was looking forward to follow the abouts of this saxgiant ,but it didnt happen unfortunately ,,Art would have become a icon like charly parker ,,but in here he shows he aready was beyond perfection ,,its touching how often i grab back to this song because it expresses the feel of seisonchange so wonderful

@imbees2 a very sad story..just months after he drowned in Thailand his wife died of cancer and their children where without parents...

Art is still loved and will never be forgotten. His music is incredible! This song as all of the others is played from the heart and it reaches hearts when heard. For those who can be there, there will be a fundraising concert in Little Rock on August 3, 2011 held in Art's memory. Just keep playing and listening to the legacy he left us.
