  • Cool recipe. If I may suggest to other viewers, if you have to dredge something in flour, like this recipe calls for, what I like to do is put the flour in a zip lock plastic bag. Then I put the chicken pieces in (as many as I feel can fit), zip up bag, and shake bag up! Take pieces out and repeat if needed. Clean up is easy too, just throw away bag after!

  • Great!i'll use this next time, when I do deep-fry dishes....Thanks

  • where did you get the grill to drain the chicken?

  • It come with the Wok,cover.chopsticks, and cooking recipes.they have it at your nearest Asain market,or China town.

  • Great recipe, adds lots of flavor! Family loves it!

  • Thanks you.

  • I'm not a fan of cheating in recipes by dumping in MSG (since it makes everything taste good), but MSG isn't some mystery chemical-it's just a form of glutamate, an amino acid that makes stuff taste good. You'll find it naturally in lots of stuff, including Worcestershire sauce (and A1 sauce), meat, eggs, milk, seaweed and lots of other things. For a healthy person, using MSG is no different than eating a steak with A1 sauce since our bodies and brain actually need glutamate to function.

  • u cant forget the sticky rice

  • what is this song called?? :-)

  • this and the other youtube video on laotian fried chicken looks nothing like the fried chicken my mom makes or the ones that the lao vendors sell here. maybe different regions of laos cook it differently? not used to seeing it with so much crispy flour (the kfc look).

  • Nice song, it's thai! xD

  • @aidan92m yes indeed, omg that benzafu1 guy took the mispelling/not knowing how to spell thing in a whoooole new level.

  • I do not like this song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • MSG! Are u crazy?

  • @benzafu1 that's some gay spelling skills you got there

  • @Tampabruh Once cooked.. You really don't notice the oyster taste. I hate Oysters and I cook with Oyster sauce with almost every asian meal I make. Believe it or not when you goto a Chinese place to eat.. Most things like chickens, noodles, etc has Oyster sauce.. It also really doesn't taste that much like Oysters.

  • What is MSG Kai? Tks!

  • lol "'what are you cooking?"
