A great German song from France Gall, released with 'Ali Baba und die 40 Räuber' in 1971. Very catchy as always.

Apologies for the lack of new pictures.

  • wow, interesting song! lots of styles morphed together for this one. quite different for her as well as the "Ali Baba und die 40 Räuber" song on the same vinyl. must of been her experimental phase. cool video, thanks for posting!

  • Yeah her German songs do seem to push musical boundaries more than the early French ones. This one and Computer 3 especially. Glad ya like it

  • @funkberto , well said my friend

  • @astralhed i know that you are a big FG fan. Anyway, you and i agree this age strangely FG loss a bit of popularity, but this song (also others like "Kilimanscharo", "Ali Baba", "Merci herr marquis" and the melancholic "Miguel") is a GREAT song.

popularity and talent dont always take the same way. Example: France Gall always sing betther than Madonna, but, who is more famous?

  • @totorlemposchka : Comment ça c'est mauvais?

  • C'est très mauvais, donc c'est très bon!

  • KATUNGA!!!!!! :D

  • Completely unknown in France... Very funny song

  • Omg ja das weckt erinnerungen,... ich hatte das bis vor 4Jahren als Schallplatte. xD

  • @funkberto

...as you can see from my uploads , FG is new to me ???

this german song is a departure from her norm , no ?

although she did venture thru many genres

    thx for this enlightenment

  • @astralhed

If you read France Gall interviews and see the title of many Gall songs (Kilimandscharo, Nefertiti, Babacar) SHE ALLWAYS HAVE A INTEREST IN AFRICAN CONTINENT.
