Obviously, to view this video you need Flash, so it's best to watch this on a computer other than the one you are trying to install Flash on.
This uses Ubuntu 9.10 as an example. The procedure is slightly different for Ubuntu 9.04 and earlier (instead of Software Center, you use Add/Remove).

But if someone is installing Flash then the chances are it's a fresh install so they might as well install the whole shebang instead of doing it individually.
Choose ubuntu-restricted-extras
or from Terminal
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras
No you don't have to type that in.. just copy & paste it into the CLI
