  • cool workout... u should try gripping the barbell as tight as you can as well... so when it does come time to your max rep, you can use hook grip with ease..

  • That's a great exercise, it combines the pinch grip with deadlifting. Smart idea to use bumper plates.

  • how much does the plates weigh? i do that same workout .its not as easy as it looks.
