材料:牛肉丁200g、紅羅蔔丁100g、馬鈴薯丁100g、洋蔥丁100g、西洋芹100g、小番茄100g、高麗菜50g、奶油100g、水3000cc、番茄醬3茶匙、肉桂葉2片、鹽1/2茶匙 做法:準備鍋子燒熱放入奶油,溶化後加入洋蔥丁讓洋蔥呈現透明狀即可,再把牛肉丁放入煮到變色就好,之後把紅羅蔔丁、馬鈴薯丁、西洋芹、小番茄、高麗菜、水、鹽、番茄醬、肉桂葉一起加入鍋中,持續小火煮滾呈現濃稠感,這樣就完成羅宋湯
