truth be told this laptop WAS tits , 2011 is almost here, hopefully someone will put out a similar laptop like this z series but with usb 3.0 and sata 3gs or 6gbs... and new firewire

To me, it's worth the price. You're getting a small, portable, light computer that blows away all other computers in the size range. Yes, $2000 is a bit much, but you're paying for the dedicated nVidia graphics card (which you barely see in a 13"), the i5 (which is also somewhat rare in 13"s), and most importantly, the SSDs in RAID 0 (which I've never seen before in a laptop this small). 2 SSDs in RAID 0 will destroy ANY regular hard drive in speed.
