WisomNZ, you have no idea how often the dog is left at home. His owners clearly love him enough to go to all this trouble to secure their yard. No one can be home with their dog all the time and they care enough to make sure he's safe when they aren't there.

He probably needs more exercise and loving company ... he is so bored left at home all the time!! :-) He wants to play, run and jump with his owners !!!!
