Thanksgiving Baklava Rolls -




1 - 16oz package of frozen phyllo sheets




4 cups of chopped walnuts




1 cup of chopped pistachio nuts




1 half cup brown sugar




1 tablespoon cinnamon




1 cup melted butter




Syrup -
1 cup white sugar




1 cup water




1 half cup honey




lemon juice to taste
