@SourExplosion bu is the negating word. So 'Wo hao is ' I'm good, 'Wo bu hao' is I'm not good. I'm very early into learning the language but this was one of my first lessons lol.

Is there any difference if you add the "shi" to "bu"? Is bu the same as bu shi?

enunciation and pronunciation is the easiest part...im in highschool learning chinese..it has no alphabet..theres roughly 50,000 characters and in order to learn one u gotta learn the pronunciation then the written form & the order of strokes

drop your forks and spoons and listen carefully.
mimic these sounds and you'll be chinese.
