IF THERE IS MOLD JUST HIT THE PLACE TOP TO BOTTOM PURE BLEACH IN A SPRAY BOTTLE. A MANAGER LIKE ANN RADCLIFF WILL TELL THE WIFE THAT SHE DON'T LIKE THE HUSBAND BECAUSE HE IS BLACK AND WILL LET THE WIFE STAY IF HE IS GONE, THEN TELL HUD THAT YOU ABANDONED THE PLACE SO THAT THERE WILL BE NO INSPECTON EVEN WITH FAIR HOUSING. THAT WAY THEY NEVER SHOW UP TO SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING AND WHEN IT IS ALL OVER WITH, YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ARE ON THE STREET. RACISM IN CHICO CALIFORNIA IS JUST AS UGLY LIKE THE OLD DAY WHEN IT COME TO HOUSING. MANAGER COMMIT FELONIES LIKE A HOBBY AND THEY WILL TELL YOU IN YOUR FACE. THE GREAT PART OF ALL THIS... THERE ARE ZERO LAWYERS FOR CHICO, CALIFORNIA THAT WILL PROTECT THE PEOPLE. THEY ALL... ALL ... ALL ... WORK FOR THE MANAGERS. WE STILL ARE HURTING FROM THIS WHILE I GO TO SCHOOL, WORK, AND TAKE CARE OF MY FAMILY OF 7 NOT INCLUDING ME. ANN RAD CLIFF TOLD US TO MOVE OUT FOR 30 DAYS SO THEY COULD FIX THE MOLD AND AFTER THE 30DAYS WERE OVER, WE HAD AN ABANDONMENT PAPER WITH THE EVICTION NOTICE ON THE DOOR. THAT IS HOW SHE COVERED HER SELF TO BREAK A BIG LAW. YES I SPEAK ON THIS SO YOU KNOW TO WATCH OUT FOR THIS. BEFORE YOU GET INTO SOMETHING LIKE THIS, GET ALL THE HELP YOU CAN BEFORE MAKING A MOVE.

IT WAS AIR CONDITIONER CHEMICALS LEAKING INTO THE BOYS ROOM AND WE WERE BLAMED FOR THE DEFECTIVE SYSTEM THAT WAS IN THE UPSTAIRS APARTMENT THAT WE HAVE NEVER BEEN IN SIDE OF. WHEN SHE FOUND OUT THE STUFF WAS FALLING ON MY ONE OF MY BOYS TOO, SHE GOT SCARED AND SAW A LAW SUITE BREWING AND DID ALL SHE COULD TO GET RID OF US. THE POLICE WOULD NOT HELP EITHER. THERE IS NO PROTECTION FOR THE PEOPLE OUT HERE OR FAIR HOUSING THAT WILL DO ANYTHING. ONE WHO WANTS TO FILL A LEGAL HOLE OUT HERE, YOU CAN.

@unclebobscloset get rid of the tenants and the mold is gone until the next tenants perceive it. blame it on them, move them out , and get rid of the next tenants and so on... we disappear, the mold disappear.

Hi effortless....

He was tearing out the existing basement in a house and had only been working in that environment for less than a week. They noticed the black mold on some old paneling that was still on the wall.

He had a deep cough in his lungs that he just couldn't shake. Went to the doctor and saw that there was a little patch (or whatever) on his lungs. A few heavy doses of antiboitics afterwards and he was much better. Please get that checked just to make sure!

@jorgekluney Really? How did he discover that he had a mold growth on his lungs? And how were they able to remove it? I live in a house with black mold and have been having a pain near my lower right lung region...wondering if this is affiliated with the mold...so any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

i cut out carpet in my old dangerous deadly black moldy farm house and i cut the carpet out and all of sudden i keepd for getting whats going on i could not stop itching my eye where beat red itched them and there a hole in my celling with rain and black mold . thank my luck stars i have a brain cells left

Don't breath that stuff in.

Be careful!! My friend is a general contractor and from working in a room with black mold he got a mold growth on his lungs.

Thankfully they were able to remove it.

I find this procedure from god's word, the bible, works best for killing mildew:

To purify the house of mildew take two birds, cedar wood, scarlet yarn and hyssop. Kill one of the birds over fresh water in a clay pot. Then take the cedar wood, hyssop, scarlet yarn and the live bird, dip them into the blood of the dead bird and fresh water, and sprinkle the house 7 times. Then he is to release the live bird in the open fields outside the town. In this way it will be clean." [Leviticus. 14:48-53]
