    she is not buttless. Her ass is fat free and perfect. J-lo is a fat cow, thats why her flabby butt is so big.

    you should use a nice amount of weight too, at least a 45 lb bar

  • NASM is so damn overrated...they just jack up the price and send you a book that is very scientific and at times, hard to understand. Anyone can read the book, wheres the hands on approach that REALLY teaches you how to do proper exercises? Thats why you see so many crappy trainers.
