This is a "Magic Monster" toy by Heartland, but this time I've replace the face with a different rubber finger puppet.

Here are some features listed on the box:

- Transformable face
- Face with a thousand changes
- An axe that lights up
- Moves from side to side
- Even plays music (the saints go marching in)

I have no clue why there's a lumberjack with a glowing red axe that sways side-to-side to the tune of "The Saints Go Marching In" with a mutating Monster head. Very weird indeed.
