  • Hi - We're glad you're finding these useful. After you've done for 20 years it is pretty easy. To remove the head we just use a sharp knife, lay the trout down on it's side then cut straight down through it (right behind the ears - LOL) very easy!

  • THANK YOU so much for these videos! My kids just caught trout this weekend and I am CLUELESS how to clean, cook, and EAT them! Your videos make it look easy, but can you show or explain how you remove the heads? I noticed when you go to cook them the heads are removed, is there a special way to do it? I'm nervous about totally demolishing it!
