@ForestBeekeeper It was a play on words. The actual lyrics are written as...
"She's got freckles on her but...she is nice
And when she's in my arms it's paradise"
The alternating lines were cleaned up for recordings & radio:
"All the sailors give a chase 'cause they loved her navel base" became "'cause they loved THEIR naval base". "She was born in Hackensack, she made a fortune on her back" became "fortune on her FACE."
Left out here was "In a classroom she's a loafer, but get her on a sofa".
