DO NOT GET ULTIMATE. you barley get anything extra. there are many programs than substitute for the ultimate crap that are FREE. i would never spend $300 on a plastic disk.

@kostasgreenday yes you would .Just make sure your cd drive is the first boot device and put in your windows 7 cd and follow the install options.

@zikalify If you are doing a full install on a clean(new) harddrive you would need the full edition .If you already have xp or vista you can use the upgrade version .
