These are handy snails to have in a planted tank, as they keep the substrate in a more 'fluffy' state and prevent pockets of toxicity from building to some degree. Scrub back and forth with the video slider once it loads to see the effect better..
Trick is, they stay buried and move slowly, so getting a sense of how many you have can be tricky.
Having been a fan of timelapse videography, i figured I'd record 8 hours for this video, and see how many I have. I only see one out during the day, but it seems I have a few more.
