and if things even somewhat recover would surely make money. One house I looked at was under contract within 3 days of being on the market so their is people doing it.
Maybe a spoken version of his book on CD? Or a movie version on DVD? I enjoyed how "the Secret" came out in multiple formats! You could even throw a few celebrities in
It was interesting to hear the inside scoop on the start of this interview - I thought the start was just Scott being very businesslike and like "Yeah yeah enough with the pleasantries, lets get onto the important stuff!" :-P

Scott - you have a pleasing interview style, so have you thought about integrating more of your articles as videos on your site?
I find it easier at work to digest information if I can listen to articles rather than read through them whilst I set up for the day. Just a thought.
