I dont get why Henry knew he would have been killed. Sure, Jimmy had never asked him to kill anyone, but the only guy Jimmy asked Henry to kill was the kid who ratted Henry out, and whose testimony the prosecutor was relying upon.
And if they killed Tommy for killing a made guy, why didn't they kill Jimmy too? Jimmy shot Batts and Tommy knifed Batts, but only Tommy shot Spider. Maybe it was Spider who was made, but they would never make a 17 year old.
