In 1968, I was 13 and Kreskin came to my town to do a show. I was with my school friends, acting immature, laughing and when he came out on stage, I said to my friends "Oh God, he looks like someone from Transylvania!"
The first thing he said to the audience was "Now I'll bet some of you think I'm from Transylvania". Everyone around me gasped and was wide-eyed. I guess he read my mind, this is something would never even think of saying, I never mentioned Transylvania before.

I grew up in Ottawa in the 60's & 70's and remember this guy on the local TV show , he was a joke but finally found a following in the US . thank god you Americans have better mind disabling drugs than us . Consider him a gift from Canada

Er....because it's NOT amazing? The planes DID crash. So he got it wrong. Planes crash a few times a year so covering 2 months might do it. Companies crash all the time so since he covered that too he cannot be wrong.
