second round vega played very smart, and just waited for the time win or for blanka to charge in and mess up.

It often doesn't line up correctly in corners because of the shallow angle it hits the wall.

I agree, if he plays more patient and turtles a bit more he'll keep the 7:3 advantage he has over claw.
Otherwise he'll get poked to death in the zone game

This is like the oldest SF question on the books.. heh. Boxer was supposed to be M (for Mike) Bison, but they didn't think that would fly in the US for copyright reasons, so they shuffled the names. US Bison = JP Vega, US Vega = JP Balrog, US Balrog = JP Bison.
