Congratulations, Sir, on this project and your successful PA-1 test. I can't believe that I hadn't run across this video before. I actually have constructed an Orion capsule (of sorts) and was contemplating doing this same type of launch. The exception: launching with motors in the LAS rather than in the Orion heat shield. Think the crew would crap themselves with the chute opening a few inches from the ground! LOL Great idea for the PA1 Abort! Beat Nasa hands down! Cant wait to see the 3 motor test in the tower! ;-)
