I just keep watching this video over and over, because this to me is so awesome. I truly hope this will be Gnome some day :)

Looks nice as for design, but some of the animations make me feel confused so I wouldn't use this as my main interface, also some animations may seem to slow when you're rushing to do something, better for animations to be as fast as in mac os x (except for minimizing which is also slow in os x). Still a great work!

Multitasking with minimized windows was never a substitute for a good taskbar (or "home screen"). Win7's taskbar would be the best, even for Post-PC style tablets, if only grouped buttons switched as they were clicked (this was its fatal flaw).
That aside, this mockup was very well done.

That looks like it would be more of a pain than anything else. But maybe that's because I'm tired of my computer constantly guessing what I'm going to do next and utterly throwing me off track.
