I actually like this video. It really gives that Modest Mouse feel, the way it's filmed. It shows that whole emotional attachment to the car in addition to the thought of being stranded on in the middle of the country. Moving on from that takes a lot of courage. Great song. This gives the song an interesting perspective. Keep up the filming.

@Outrjs Filmed in southeast Kansas in the countryside just outside of Pittsburg bout an hour or 2 away from Paola.

Thats actually really cool. What part of Kansas did he make his film.
I was in Paola and then to Gardener. You have a wonderful day.

Oh and people chill out I doubt to much work went into this they had a smoke bomb and were out in the country with one of their cameras, woop de do calm down.

@Outrjs Thats funny because this was filmed in Kansas, my friend who filmed it actually moved to California also ha.

I've felt like this several times. When you have to find an empty road and just scream your brains out and shout to the Lord. That was easy when I was in Kansas. now that I'm California it isn't so easy. Thank you Modest Mouse for your music. I hope for you.

i agree with jonah. this is the gayest thing ive ever seen. ur disrespecting modest mouse with ur ignorant mind

i think isaac brock would disagree with your statment. The video has a car in it and isaac stated in a rolling stone interview that the lyrics "Fire it up" were about cars. saying it doesnt match at all, is kind of conceided comment. and you are basically a jack ass
