Dear Mr. Jackman. This is the benchmark. Period. We don't expect you to reach the heights of our beloved Colm Wilkinson. But please give as much emotion as this performance to at least this level.
And so, Mr. Jackman. I guess what I'm saying is...
You screw this up and we will build a barricade at your front door, sing a three hour long musical, light the barricade on fire and leg it. Same goes with that Crowe dude who cant sing.
Sincerely,
Every Les Mis obsessed Fan.

@DjTokenMusic Jackman is a God, he won't screw this one up. And freaking Tom Hooper is directing, so I trust this will be a success;)

Oh, Ramin! This is glorious. His voice has gotten much stronger with this role, I love it.

I wasn't sure how Ramin would be as JVJ, i thought he was too young but my god, this was amazing!

1:48 is amazing, the on and on part. Different but it works so well :)
-
I heard JOJ in concert singing this and he became my favourite Valjean. But Ramin, you have just taken the biscuit. :)
-
I hope they make a recording of this cast...please dear god let them...

can't wait to see him next week, saw alfie in august so ramin has a pretty high benchmark to hit but i think it will be fantastic. I can't believe nobody has commented on the fact Ramin's voice croaked at 2:15 (i dont care, the performance was so good it is easily overlooked) but that is usually the type of things all these dicks who think they know shit about singing complain about yet not a single dislike, lets hope it stays that way

I'm annoyed that this is a performance by the amazinging perfect god Ramin Karimloo yet the top comment are not preaching his god status but instead some other people who are clearly not singing. Please vote up if you also believe this performance to be perfect.

goddd can everyone stop licking colm wilkinson's arsehole

@DjTokenMusic Hugh Jackman has a long history in musical theatre on broadway, most notably Oklahoma. He is classically trained and his vocal range spans Baritone and Tenor. It is unlikely that he will mess this up.

Ramin is really amazing! Next month I'm going to London to watch him preform :)
okay, I didn't want to say anything because I thought you'd stop yourself, but shut up about the movie and enjoy the song.
you have nothing but bad things to say about it anyway, so take it somewhere else. I don't care. To the rest of you, glad to hear you are enjoying the song.
