So you know; there is no plans for Afganistan;
What is wanted out of this little country are two things and only thoses; drugs from Opium poppies(for cash and power) and sustanability of the ''violent conflict''(for power and cash).
Only two mistake can be done on the path of truth: not to engage on it and no to go to the end.

What on earth makes someone think that Westerners/Foreigners are even *capable* of improving Afghanistan?
You want to give them some money, that's great. But be realistic about what's where it's going to go. If you want to keep some policemen around to make sure everyone's playing fair with the money, and the girls are allowed to go to school, well, that's called military occupation and people tend to get grumpy when you do that to them.
