@darkwolf33ful I have the exact same prob as you since im 123 and im 13 so what I do is drink and TON of fizzie water since the gases in it make you feel full ( dont use soda, that makes you fatter) also smell peppermint oil before you eat since it is proven people who do this eat 3000 calories less every week :) add me so we can trade secrets :D
