K...I personally think the "dreads" are pretty ugly on him but it's so funny how some fans are freaking out. Like Bill is "changing" xD It's just the type of thing you do when your on vacation..it's not permanent so every1 can calm down. And it's REAL. NOT FAKE. They go on vaca every year..
