This hanging knee or leg raise will work your lower & upper abs to help you build a six pack but remember this...

You need to have a low body fat percentage to see visible abs so men need less than 10% to see abs and women need less than 15% to see 6 pack abs.

  • remember boys and girls , these are great exercises , but if u eat at mcdonanlds 3 times a week , u will be wasting ur time .....diet....and exercise= results! stay cool , dont druel on ur shoes!! and always remember to wipe !!

  • leg raises are AMAZING for abs, i didnt do them before cuz i was lazy, but man they really give my abs a unique burn that i could never accomplish with crunches or decline sit ups.
