@ Snake: He heard her perfectly well, and there was NOT a lot of noise. The place was almost empty. And if he didn't hear her well, he should have stopped and asked her what she said.
It must be really comfortable to be inside Harry and William's ass, because you obsessively defend them to the bone.
And don't bother replying to this comment. You're just going to spew the same sycophantic bullshit that you always do, and I'm not interested.

Maybe he didn't hear all that she was asking him. He did smile at her and there was alot of noise around him. I really don't think he did it on purpose.

Well, my suspicions of Harry being rude and arrogant have been confirmed. When that female fan kindly welcomed Harry to New York and asked him what he thinks of the city, he just ignored her and walked on. There's no excuse for that. Would it have killed him to say, "It's lovely. Thank you."?

I agree. But what irritated me more were the number of body guards surrounding Harry. He is not THAT important. Even his mother never traveled with that much security. He needs to show more humility and modesty (if he has any) by using no more than 3 security guards for any function.
I am disgusted that our taxes are wasted like that.
