At 1:36, you know those green boxes? If you stomp on them, they sometimes come with items. :O

Hey man the best way to play DEAD SPACE & DEAD SPACE 2... It's important to to check every inch of every room, check the lockers, break the green flashing boxes on the ground, and always keep your health full there will be alot more of crazy shit that you will run into soon oh yeah one more thing always check the dead bodys and what you are shooting at they always have stuff on them.

Actually if you look closely @ around 7:40, you can notice that some sort of smoke came from the vent on the left of Isaac. That means that the Necro is about to break thru it. It's a hint, actually.

Stomping items out of them is actually a good idea....the only thing I didn't like that was gamey about DS was how you KNEW they were done if they popped an item drop.

If you had to stomp them or search them, their ability to play "Dead" would be all the more worrisome.
