They didn't get rid of it, it's just not a quest anymore, it's a job now. You can talk to Fred and still do it and get the rewards (minus the quest point), though you need black wool now.

this is the new harder than a grandmaster quest it rlly guys took me 13 hours (while guthix sleeps is 6-8 hours) its reallt really hard and u ned to have ike all combat skills at 90 minimum

This is a very hard quest, even harder than While Guthix Sleeps, Nomad's Requiem, and some others. :D.
