  • Should have used a combitube

  • Don't see why... when I'm competent in using a laryngoscope and had a good view of the cords...

  • Nothing strange, just an endotracheal intubation.

  • No, both are rising.

  • Good video, but poor quality. But overall it's good.

  • too deep...right mainstem for sure

  • @cathysanit 0:46?? Video dauert nur 0:42 Sekunden. Nicht 0:46 :P

  • is this in peninsula medical school? it looks like it...

  • That's exactly what I mean. The ETT is indeed the gold standard.

Doesn't quite protect the airway from ANYthing regurgitated from the stomach, though, as sadly the issue of microaspiration is very real in Intensive Care.

But it's as good as it gets :)

  • And the gold standard would be...? As far as im aware a properly inserted and secured ET tube can protect the airway from anything regurgitated by the stomach but not fluids or foreign bodies aspirated by the lungs... so AFAIK an ET tube is the gold standard...

  • wer bitte intubiert ohne zu entblocken bei 0:46 ?????? können nur welche sein die keine ahnung haben!!!

  • Don't be sorry it was funny

  • noo, i'm just kidding. Sorry bout that.
