DK: Der er mange måder at fiske på - og mange årsager til at gøre det. Vi andre tager til Afrika for at dyste med tigerfish på flue og fluestang - de lokale sætter garn for at få mad på bordet. Enkelte lokale har dog også sans for det enkle fiskeri med stang og line - et fiskeri, der kræver tålmodighed og fordybelse. Kort sagt: "The contemplative man's finest recreation" - uanset hudfarve!

GB: Reasons to go fishing may be plentiful and differ quite a bit. Westerners go to Africa to do combat with tigerfish on flies and fly rod. Locals use nets to get food for their stomachs. Some of the locals have a sense of fishing like once Izaak Walton: "The contemplative man's finest recreation". But even as a black fisherman in the deepest of Africa there is no guarantee that you will catch anything...
