He did have surgery, I just watched a video, they removed a lot of those warts that look like roots, but he still has fucked up hands and feet. The doctors said that he'll most likely (probably 100%) never return to normalcy and that he has to have surgery twice a year to remove the warts pretty much for the rest of his life. They said he got this from the HPV and some other infection. I wouldn't want to live, that is beyond disgusting IMO.

this is related to HPV i read a scientific paper on this man. and america offered to help by having them removed. the tree man said no he was making bucks in a freak show. thats his choice. let him lie in that bad.
