  • Your velocity should increase 1-2 mph. the key as much as velocity is your ball movement and pitch placement will improve.

  • down in the usssa elite 32 i was down their with the mac-n-seits indians for 14u

  • it improves velocity a lot more than that, without proper mechanics you cannot truly deliver all your power that is inside you

  • how much faster do u get by improving basic mechanics

  • Make no mistake......core strength IS the "core" of being an elite athlete!
