I'm getting this but maybe not the ipod version MAYBE.. because i haven't seen it with firewire like the multy mix 8 firewire ..

ive yet to find a review on that .. IF there's a version with the ipod dock it would be a plus...

because i need something to hold me through until i can afford a master control,,,

and the best part is they will compliment each other..

Yes, there is an iPod Dock and a USB port at the back to connect to your computer...

can you like do remixes with it, like it said you can play your ipod music threw so does that mean you can like add effects to songs and stuff?

I have the imultimix 8 usb. IT ROCKS! i have it hooked up to two condeners, and it records my drums quite nicely!
