  • I have "osteo-arthritis" of the right knee.recently it gets worse when I do so much walking...it "jerks"....no pain , though, but you feel a little numbness (no strength?).does walking helps or make it worse.i do taichi execise every morning....does it helps? I don't think so...as it gets worse when I move too much.Any help?thanks
