BBQ Chicken Marinade

There is no better marinade for chicken than a good BBQ sauce. You can mix the recipe up as you see fit, maybe adding more or less herbs and chilli, or substituting some of the tomato for a tomato paste for a thicker blend. There is space here to get really creative and to start perfecting your own take on the legendary BBQ chicken marinade! Of course there is no need to stop at just marinating chicken in this mix, pork or white fish will work well, as will various veggi recipes.
