But seeing this video is posted in october 2010, it really cant be 22nm, since it takes time adapting manufacturing process for a new architecture.

So its either Clarkdale, or sandybridge. ie, 32nm

Ivy bridge will not be much better than sandybridge. 6% maybe. The biggest change is if you get ssd instead of hdd and a good gpu.
