If I remember correctly, most of the houses on this street are owned by a family of slumlords. Who is benefiting from this? Love the house, but why increase the property values of these non-resident property owners?

Great video! Nice to see a revitalization of a forgotten neighborhood. Hopefully what happens next is the sidewalks get fixed for people to walk on.
