@DoJaenin Well, surely you make yourself an expert in something you do not know anything about.
Pilot whales are in no way an an endangered species.
Also they get killed instantly which means that they do not feel any pain.

@vertyy That's a good argument with the cages... I guess hunting wild animals is still better than eating caged ones. As long as the hunting doesn't become so much that the species is driven into extinction or is conducted in a cruel way - but that's exactly what is happening now.

@DoJaenin "It's our tradition" is not our excuse", but if you want Paul Watson to be your idol, just go ahead!
Faroe Islanders hunt pilot whales because of the same reason people kill chicken, namely for food!
You eat your chicken, who live all their miserable lives in little cages all their life, and yet you have something agaist pilot whaling in the Faroes. That does not make any sense. Whales are animals just like chicken therefor we eat them.

Meh. The song doesn't sound bad but I'm still on Paul Watson's side. "It's our tradition" is simply not an argument, in some areas of the world stoning adulterers is a tradition as well, that doesn't make it okay either.

Fucking best intro reminds me of some classical tunes until 0:28

I heard that tyr is gonna stop making viking music is that true ? but anyway they are still gonna be good :)

@danimuadib Faroe Islanders already regulate their whaling, calm your concrete heart. They cannot afford to pay their way around the blood like you do.
-
@aGeilini whales are already endangered as a species. The signs are already there, you just need to open your eyes.

This is song plays out a dialog between the mountainoues Faroese islands and the Hackerd Warrior(A.K.A. paul watson), with his rust bucket of a boat The Rainbow Warrior.
this basically says it is completely naturial to eat whale and those hippie protesters are truly nothing more, than weaklings of the food chain.
