Great to add coconut oil to your diet to get rid of brain fog, belly fat, and to prevent Alzheimers. I wouldn't store it in the fridge or microwave it, though. Btw, your skin looks great!

I have used VCO now for about two years, I put it in my porridge (internal use) and on my face.

I have a shaved/bald head and use it on that, my skin complexion looks so healthy.

And yes I am sort of cringing because I am a bloke!

Please, Don't heat Coconut Oil.

It's unnecessary and heating breaks the nutritional benefits.

Room storage is the best.

Rub, Between hands will melt product.

there's no such thing as extra virgin coconut oil; 'extra virgin' only applies with olive oil..fake claims by some companies haha!

I cant even touch it with my fingers without it melting, before I can even get it up to my face.So I am surprised people are nuking it. Better to let it sit a few moments, in a warm place and it will melt on it's own.  Thanks for the video!
