@RawIsAvila22 I think the idea is that a fall must occur in order for the ten count to begin but you can't win by pinning your opponent. I think.

@mmscott9 Idk if it was or not, but the storyline they did for it was absolutely terrible and about killed Foley's career. He wanted them to take advantage of him losing an ear and base a storyline off of that, but nope they did the insane angle instead. Just terrible.
