Kyle Geng (KyleGeng(at)Hotmail.com reports his mileage gain on a 93 GMC 1500. While highway mileage is up by 125%, his city mileage is estimated at only 100% gain. Ain't THAT a pisser? the Gadgetman Groove WORKS! http://www.GadgetmanGroove.com
@VaMoneyCow I know how difficult it is to believe the numbers my customers are reporting, but their numbers are their numbers. After more than 800 mods by these old hands, I can say the range is consistent once the vacuum system has been restored to maximum efficiency.
Reach me through my site (see any info section on any video) and we'll see if I can't make a believer out of you, too!
@VaMoneyCow I guess you either found your answers or something else!
One thing I am very proud of is of 100% transparency. If you want to see more evidence, may I suggest you go to my site and check out the Groovy Forums? There you can interact with quite a few others who are answering the calls for proof.
@VaMoneyCow You sound angry, my friend! Remember this is my customer's report. As you can already see, there are about 150 similar reports on my channel.
I sincerfely hope you take the preponderance of evidence under consideration, for sometimes if something seems to good to be true, it really IS true!
If you still have a TBI unit, why don't you give me a call? That way, you can see for yourself!
Wow...he got an extra 5 hp from the groove!? So let me guess, he actually had his truck tested on a dyno before and after in similar conditions? Oh, wait no...he just guessed at some random gain number. How scientific!
so the fuel is injected at the throttle plate (one injector for the whole engine) or at the cylinders (one injector per cylinder)?
I'd like to convert my two barrel carby one to a single point fuel injected (fuel delivered before but near the throttle plate) but using a 555 timer based circuit board and two sensors, and leave the ignition system intact. I'd be able to tune the fuel mixture while driving. That should be the ultimate groove modification I think =)

That 300TD in the 1993 GMC 1500 gets about 30MPG with 18LBS boost and a little extra fuel and Water Methanol..

It is a throttle body injected fuel delivery system.
Thanks for picking up on THAT as well!

This vehicle is a 350 cid with automatic transmission.
Does this help?
If you've got anything from an 87 to a mid-94 TBI system made by General Motors, you can expect the same results!
Thanks for the question! I still miss stuff.
