@rocky60191 so right you are, and you are exactly right. There is way too much scripture slinging around that takes scripture out of context, i.e. the cafeteria Christian, and as much as it grieve the Father, people use His Word to say whatever they need it to say in order to justify their beliefs, attitudes or actions. Thanks for sharing your opinion on this and for bringing clarity for those that might not fully understand what I have said or at least attempted to say... :-) In Christ's Love

@sdwardcom 3 months is a long time. I was talking about the bible verse that you quoted. "For by GRACE you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is a gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9).The Sola Fide. This is dismembering the context of the bible passages. In Eph 2 you will find that Paul is saying how Christ gave the Salvation Promised to the Jews to the Gentiles as a gift of God because they put their faith in Jesus. Not by works.

@rocky60191 As one might suspect, I don't hang out on YT much. I think my last time was 3 months ago or so. This said, I must've missed something. I'm totally clueless to what you're talking about. If you're referring to the Body of Christ, I'm not sure why you'd want dismember it. If you're talking about something else, maybe it'd be fruitless to try to explain it to me since I'm rather simple minded when it comes to God. "If I be lifted up, I will draw all men unto me." the catholic church is full of love, serenity in spirit, joy with the whole community of the church..she doesnt teach hatred, false or even grudges to other brothers and sisters outside her church, unlike other sects do just to convince once poor soul..im sorry to tell this but its true..peace to all God`s children..the holy church of God the catholic is all the time open and waiting for you to come HOME..

Thanks to You Tube and the Internet we can now see the fruits of the Protestants. Jesus said, "By their fruits you will know they are mine." See how they rile and spew poison against the Catholic Church. See how they doctor images and photos, lie and tell falsehood, curse and create prophesies about the Catholics. What can the Catholic Church do about it, except to remain silent and meek as a lamb brought to the slaughter like Her Lord and Master before Pilate and his cohorts. Sad but true.
