Somewhere in Tula city

Tula is an industrial city in the European part of Russia, located 165 km south of Moscow, on the river Upa. Tula is the administrative center of Tula Oblast.
The town has existed since at least the 14th century. Some historians believe that Tula should be identified with Taidula, an obscure locality mentioned in a chronicle under the year 1146.

Now Tula does not make it. Tula make weapons for special forces. For examle, the rifle GROZA or Stechkin

I doubt, but you can visit Weapons museum there with all that unique small arms stuff

Tula is also known for their arms factory which makes the AK47 or AKM assualt rifle and the AKS74u "krinkov"
