Mr.Stancati is a retired Air Force Major and also worked on the Bi-National Planning Group, An Independent Task Force sponsored by The Council on Foreign Relations which called for the transformation of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) into a "multiservice Defense Command". The CFR document entitled "North American Community" drafted on behalf of the SPP endorses the BPG March 2006 recommendations.

-U.S. troops could be deployed to Canada and Canadian troops could cross the border into the United States if the continent was attacked by terrorists who do not respect borders, according to an agreement announced by U.S. and Canadian officials. (Edmonton Sun, 11 September 2002)

-In Canada, the renewed NORAD agreement went virtually unnoticed. There was no official pronouncement by the Canadian government of Stephen Harper. There was no analysis or commentary of its significance and implications for Canadian territorial sovereignty. The agreement was barely reported by the Canadian Media.

-Former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld boasted that the NORTHCOM with all of North America as its geographic command is part of the greatest transformation of the Unified Command Plan [UCP] since its inception in 1947. (Ibid)

is happening to a much smaller extent in Canada.Democracy is just a word and governments that call themself that are moveing closer to communist type governments.The power needs to be with the citizens of the world not the rich and corrupt governments that could care less about there country or people.It would be a mistake followed by a blood bath civil war in both countrys witch is going to eventually happen in America if corruption continues.

I'm Canadian and like Americans but now person I know in Canada wants the NAU.If any Canadian priminister sighns that without Canadians agreeing whitch will never happen would cause civil war in America also.Many countyrs hate America and we don't need that put on use and need to stay out of the illegal wars.It would give countrys the perfect oppertunity to attack America.This must never happen and the governments would regret selling out there people whitch I belive is ramped in America and-

Unless we are all granted US citizenships, if our Govt gives our rights away anything to any "foreign nation" (term mostly used by US homeland security) being stronger or weaker gives us right to remove our Govt, US must understand this is our homeland only 40 million citizens plus before you get a chance to plant seeds, Canadian plants already grown in US will safe guard this land from you your attempts as a Govt/control, to safe guard this land from US Defense related Govt,-> Eye/Fingers scan

@TheLastCanadian You are right. Americans have more than 9 million privately owned firearms. Let's hope it doesn't come to that. If it does I'll stand by Canadians fighting for freedom.
