Its a quick instant attack that hits twice and juggles. Its pretty damn good in my book, if you time it right it'll stop X-Rays and certain attacks.

Stryker's gun makes it so easy to string huge combos because the opponent stays in the air long enough for you to hit him and shoot again. That's why Stryker is good.
